Kevin McCartney is the Chairman and CEO of JumpSoft. Kevin was formerly Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Telestream, and was responsible for delivering record sales results that helped facilitate the successful sale of Telestream to private equity firm, Thoma Bravo in 2012. Prior to joining Telestream, Kevin was Senior Vice President of Sales at Anystream and helped facilitate a successful exit for investors concluding with sale of the business unit to Telestream in 2010. Prior to Anystream, Kevin held various senior sales positions with Spirent Communications which acquired Hekimian Laboratories in 2000.
Paul Jauquet is the CTO and co-founder of JumpSoft. Paul has led technology organizations in data center, SaaS / ASP and high availability and DR solutions. He previously held leadership positions at USi, Evergreen Assurance and Bell Atlantic. Paul is an industry leader in automation technologies, database administration, architecting and supporting large scale mission critical systems. Paul oversees the technology solutions for JumpSoft.
David Sawyer is a co-founder of JumpSoft and current President of Knowledge Systems LLC. Knowledge Systems is one of the fastest growing privately held US companies with consecutive Inc 5000 appearances (2008 and 2009). David has extensive experience leading IT organizations and enterprise application initiatives for start-up, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. David worked at MCI as the Director of CRM Development where he led Siebel development and support to deliver the application to 9,000 sales reps for the commercial and corporate business groups. David also has experience in the application service provider industry where he led ERP and CRM Application Engineering at USinternetworking (USi), a pioneering company in the SaaS /ASP hosting industries. Under his leadership, David’s teams have received the CIO 100 award and were ranked #11 on Infoworld magazine’s list for his IT projects. David holds several U.S. Patents for computer process control methodologies and integration technologies with enterprise applications. David is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
As executive vice president and chief operating officer of Rich Products Corporation, Rich Ferranti is responsible for overseeing all of Rich’s five regional businesses: the United States/Canada Region (including the In-Store Bakery, Foodservice, Ingredients, and Consumer Brands divisions), Asia Pacific Region, Latin America Region, Europe/Middle East Region an South Africa Region. He is one of four members of Rich’s Enterprise Strategic Leadership Team, which guides the company’s business strategy and reports to the CEO. Rich is involved with several industry and community organizations, including the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, where he is on the board, and the World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara, an international business development organization that strengthens the competitive international position of companies in upstate New York and Niagara, Ontario. Rich is also a member of the Leadership Society for the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County. In addition to his community involvement, Rich is frequently a guest lecturer on international business and world affairs topics at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he is a member of the university’s advisory board Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Buffalo’s Canisius College and a master’s in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, which brings together political and business leaders from around the world.
Ross Kenzie served as an Executive Vice President and Director at Merrill Lynch & Co. and Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in the New York worldwide headquarters. Since 1980, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Goldome Bank, from which he retired in June 1989. Mr. Kenzie serves as an Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee, and Member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Rand Capital Corp. since 1996. Mr. Kenzie serves on the Boards of several companies and many entrepreneurial ventures that are privately held including the Board of Members at Biomed Solutions LLC and Technology Innovations LLC. Mr. Kenzie served as an Independent Director of Biophan Technologies, Inc. from December 2000 to October 31, 2006. Mr. Kenzie served as a Director of Cementitious Materials Inc. and Naturalnano Inc. from 2005 to October 31, 2006; OpenSite Technologies, Inc. since January 1998; Federal Home Loan Bank of New York from 1984 to 1988; Merchants Mutual Insurance Company; and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Buffalo Branch from 1985 to 1987. He serves as a Trustee of the University of Buffalo and State University at Buffalo Foundation. Mr. Kenzie served on the Board of the Kaleida Health, Education, and Research Foundation from 1998 to 2000. He was also a Director of the College’s Foundation. Mr. Kenzie served on the Council of the Burchfield-Penney Art Center from 1990 to 2001 and the Albright Knox Art Gallery from 1983 to 1985. He served as a Director at the Health Systems Agency of Western New York from 1988 to 1991 and a Member of the Western New York Commission on Health Care Reform from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Kenzie served on the Boards of the Savings Banks Association of New York State from 1984 to 1987 and the National Council of Savings Institutions from 1982 to 1986. He was a Director of Millard Fillmore Hospitals from 1982 to 1995 and also it’s Chairman Emeritus. Mr. Kenzie was a Member of the College Council at the State University College of Buffalo from 1981 to 1998 and also served as its Chairman. Mr. Kenzie received a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in New York.
